How do you think the pacification program might have been improved?

Hi p43boutelle,

I think that there should have been a better integration of the various American pacification programs.

The entire management structure might have been modified for more positive results.

Better planning and execution of the programs with more support from the local military authorities would have worked well for the success of the programs.
