Hi babygirl,
I'm afraid your question is very vague, but if you meant to ask, 'which Carribean Islands are included in the Lesser Antilles', then here is the answer:
The West Indies are made up of Carribean Islands and are divided into the Greater Antilles and the Lesser Antilles.
The Greater Antilles include Cuba, Hispaniola, Jamaica and Puerto Rico.
The Lesser Antilles include the smaller Carribean Islands, the Virgin Islands and the Windward Islands and Leeward Islands.

If this answer is not helpful, please rephrase your question and I'll try to answer it.
