1.The U.S. Constitution established a Democratic Republic for the United States.

2.Delegated powers are powers given to the Federal Government by the Constitution.

Reserved powers are those that are reserved for the States or the people.

Concurrent powers are powers that are shared by the States and the Federal
Government.
