The most popular sport in Brazil is soccer called 'futebol' (football).
Predominantly spoken language is Portuguese.
Religion is Christianity (Catholic) practised by about 73 % of the population. But it coexists in relative harmony with the African religions and protestant communities.
You have people of African descent and European (mainly Portuguese) and Japanese ancestry. So all these could have possibly come from any or all of them.
