'Nomadic Herders' are people who look after livestock (sheep, goats etc), ie. they are animal herders. They are called nomadic herders because they move around with their livestock from place to place depending on where the best feed is available for the herd. Their movements are probably also influenced by seasonal weather conditions. Herders move around like this in places like Mongolia and I think also in Africa.
